Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to feel confident starting your fitness journey with VLOPRO. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for our programs and digital resources.
1. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds apply only to unused programs and products.
- Once a program or PDF has been downloaded, accessed, or started, the sale is final.
2. What Counts as “Used”
- You’ve logged into the app and used the program for 3 days or more.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 14 days:
- Email us at support@vlopro.com
- Include your full name, order number, and the product or program name
- Tell us why you’re requesting a refund so we can keep improving
We’ll review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or provider.
4. Cancellations of Future Purchases
- You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
- After cancellation, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Renewal charges that have already been processed follow the 14-day refund rules above (if unused).
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Programs or PDFs that have been accessed, downloaded, or started
- Discounted or promotional offers clearly marked as “final sale”
- Past billing periods for subscriptions that were already active
